Haha, the title is tongue in cheek but, I’m just waiting on these to be ready! Looks yummy, huh?  At least, I hope mine turn out like that!  I love StumbleUpon for the great recipes I always seem to come across, these “pancakes” (muffins?!) looked too easy and delicious to resist.  I love baking though realistically right now I should be preparing for that dreaded math exam, only 4 more days to prepare. :Z Ack!

I just checked on them and they’re rising. THANK GOD! I was so scared they were going to remain flat but they’re cooperating! D: Okay, the fifteen minutes are almost up so I better go closer to the oven.  If they turn out good I’ll take some pictures of them.
