I’m not fortunate enough to own a hot tub, or a “spa” as they are sometimes called these days, but some neat spa accessories were recently brought to my attention. When you think of the covers for hot tubs/spas, probably not much comes to mind. They are almost always neutral in colour and otherwise nondescript. Well, did you know there are “scenes” you add to the underside of the cover to instantly turn it from drab to fab? The scenes are murals made from vinyl and feature pictures of beautiful scenery to brighten up the area.

I admit, at first I was skeptical at the usefulness of such an accessory, but they really do improve both appearance and atmosphere. Sure, they aren’t essential but they really do improve the spa experience. I would definitely prefer to look out into the ocean than at grey plastic.
