I’ve always wanted to visit Oregon. It seems like an interesting state with both amenities and beautiful scenery. Oregon Vacation Rentals offers vacation homes and condos for rent along Oregon’s coasts. Looking at their website, you get a great idea of the kind of beautiful locations you can stay at. Many of their properties are located right on the beach, which definitely beats a noisy motel in the city. I’ve only had the pleasure once, but I can tell you that being lulled to sleep by the sound of the ocean is heavenly and incredibly relaxing. Their website is very informative on what they offer. They actually bother to tell you about the area so you’re familiar with the location’s attractions and history, and their available properties are listed with a complete description and clear pictures. I’m impressed with how descriptive their website is, and the amazing selection of properties to choose from. There’s something for everyone! Overall, Oregon is a very appealing vacation spot! I’m thrilled that there are great alternatives like this to hotels or motels for those of us who would prefer to be closer to nature. And really, who wouldn’t want to stay on the beach?!

I have to work ridiculously early tomorrow morning (Monday, how nice) so I should really not have just slept to almost noon, again.  I won’t be able to fall asleep at a decent time tonight and in turn, feel like the living dead in the morning.  Ugh.  Oh well.

Did I mention how much I love payday? Well, I love payday.  As soon as I receive that lovely cheque, it all makes sense why I’m working.  Mind you, that feeling doesn’t last too long.  But it is nice to get paid!

I have something to look forward too, though.  Vancouver soon!  I’m excited, It will be nice to get away somewhere fun.

Well I’ve gone and slept until noon again!  I must need it or something though, hmmm.  Again with the caffeine withdrawl headache as well.

Oh, some potencially good news.. I might be indeed going on that Vancouver trip I mentioned earlier, with a friend.  Provided she’s allowed and the tickets haven’t sold out.  I’m keeping my fingers crossed it works out!

I had my annual eye exam about a month ago.  I was told that I had a small prescription, and in a few years it would likely necessitate some form of vision correction, either with glasses or contacts.  From that moment on, I started weighing the pros and cons of both.  I think because of the priceyness of contact lenses, and my general squeamishness at sticking foreign objects in my eyes, I’m definitely leaning towards glasses.  That decision is made much easier when I see all the cute frames available today. zennioptical.com sells a great selection of frames and lenses manufacturer direct to the customer, from only 8 dollars.  I definitely see some cute frames on their website, and I’ll keep their website in mind when it comes time to find the perfect pair.
