Well I forgot to take pictures of the pancakes.  They did turn out wonderfully though, and were very yummy with syrup.  I do have a picture, however from something else we ate a few weeks ago:

Ginger cookie ice cream sandwiches!  I baked the ginger cookies, and then we put vanilla ice cream in between two.  Very delicious!

I’m working later this evening, until then I’m just going to have a shower and hopefully squeeze in some math study time.

Haha, the title is tongue in cheek but, I’m just waiting on these to be ready! Looks yummy, huh?  At least, I hope mine turn out like that!  I love StumbleUpon for the great recipes I always seem to come across, these “pancakes” (muffins?!) looked too easy and delicious to resist.  I love baking though realistically right now I should be preparing for that dreaded math exam, only 4 more days to prepare. Ack!

I just checked on them and they’re rising. THANK GOD! I was so scared they were going to remain flat but they’re cooperating! D: Okay, the fifteen minutes are almost up so I better go closer to the oven.  If they turn out good I’ll take some pictures of them.
