Oh my god, I just came back from the gym and let me know it’s very hot today!  I guess the nice weather decided to come back.  Nice change!

The gym was exhausting but good.  Ellipticals work you very hard with no apologies,  I’ve learned that by now..

I’m off to have a shower and try to make myself look a little more presentable.
