I’m thinking of taking a short hiatus from this website. I promise I’m not just getting lazy, but in fact I am moving, NEXT week and I’m sure anyone who has moved in their life, which is mostly everyone, can empathize. I’m not just moving across town or anything, but across the country. Again I do apoligize to anyone who actually reads this site. Once I return, however, I’m going to really try to be a better blogger. Once I settle in again I will have more time to devote to it. Well, homework and moving preparations call. I hope everyone has a fun Halloween. I will return!

I apoligize for the absence, really I do.  It was not intentional at all to totally desert this blog, but I have been especially busy as of late with travel preparations, tests and just generally life.

The more days seemed to go by, the harder it seemed to update. UGH! I love blogging, but sometimes it just has to take a backseat.  I’m trying to get back into the swing of things.

Okay, here is where I’m at!

Yesterday night, I reinstalled the entire operating system on my laptop. Which was surprisingly easy and painless! Thankfully, it seems just starting clean has fixed the wonky connection problems and just generally helped things. It’s so nice to have a computer that hasn’t been clogged with stuff yet! Always happens eventually, though.

With the time it has taken to sort out the laptop troubles, I need to now catch up on other fun duties such as school. I really feel awful and don’t like that this site is neglected, but when things come up like this it can’t help to be put on the back burner.

I do plan to make a proper post tomorrow, with it being TGIF! Friday!

Today I have a dentist appointment, which I am really not looking forward to, at all. At least it will be over with soon.

Hey guys, well after some careful thought I have decided to turn this blog totally into a niche blog.  If you haven’t already noticed,  these would include fashion, style, and shopping. I know it’s backwards since this is my NAME and would appear to be a personal blog, but that’s how it worked out!

I currently have a new domain I will devote to be more indepth on my life, and yes it really is more interesting then my daily summaries I’ve posted here.  If you would like to know this new website, please email me at x [at] emmanicole [dot] org.

WITH THAT SAID, please don’t stop reading this blog! I promise it will be really good, just as it has been but  better since my pointless rambles won’t ruin the real content.

Well, the good news is I got the results of my math exam, 90%! Not bad, eh?

Speaking of eh, it was Canada day the other day.  There’s always loads of people downtown and fireworks at the harbour in the evening.  So I went and that was a good time.

Uh, things are normal as usual.  I have a couple days off before I have to work again, so I really need to focus on school, as usual!  It’s crazy it’s already July.  I’ve said it before but time does fly.

And wow, after writing the above paragraph it just hit me: It’s July! My layout is for June 2008. I hate to do it but I might just have to carry this one over to July with a few tweaks. My time right now is at an absolute premium, and you guys would hate for my grades to suffer, right? I’ll get on the new layout warpath ASAP, though!

The weather has cooled down.  I knew that hot, sunny weather was too good to stick around.  It’s overcast today, and it actually thundered and lighteninged (spelling?) last night, which is a very rare occurance around here!  Oh well, at least it’s not grossly hot at nightime, which I hate!
