Today is all about shoes (sorry, I’m on a shoe kick!), so I thought would feature a variety of very dfferent, but very awesome shoes!

I love this type of high heel, and the snake skin texture.  Unfortunately, it can’t be seen much but I love the gold inside!

I LOVE Maryjanes, and the added height of this one makes it even better in my opinion.

Flats are always a necessity, and I’m a sucker for anything metallic.

To me, knee high boots really say “Autumn” and are the perfect way to ring in the season, by you know, diversifying your shoe portfolio.   I recently did this, and can’t wait to put them to good use, especially since now the weather is turning colder.

Dollhouse Loomy Boot (Black)

Haha, they look like something I totally WOULDN’T wear, but surprisingly I love them.  In addition to classic black, they come in brown and plum. I’m also going to feature some other great boots.

Steve Madden Tianna Boot (Blue)

I LOVE these boots.  They come in other more neutral colours, but I think this electric blue is so perfect for the type of boot, nothing else will do.

Allison Floral Rain Boots

I had to include rain boots, because in the west, Fall (and most of winter) is filled with grey, overcast, rainy days that seem to go on forever!  I love this boot’s adorable, handdrawn look and pretty colours.  It would definitely brighten up a rainy day!

Sorry, it’s just the ususal here! Let me tell you, biology kicks my ass. Eh, oh well.  Maybe I’ll come out of it being a science whiz. Hahaha.

In the weather today… we are seeing some Fall like weather.  Considering it WILL be officially Fall in a few days, I guess it’s expected. There is definitely a coolness in the wind and it’s overcast.  Well, at least I rung in the season by getting these awesome boots.  Soft, black seude. Mmm.

Anyway, back to the grind.  Will make an effort to give this it’s due attention soon, promise!

Betsey Johnson is one of my, if not all time favourite designer.  I love her fashion line and it’s great colour and attitude.  No one can say it’s dull, that’s for sure! It’s understandable but unfortunate that the clothes are on the pricier side or I’m pretty sure my whole wardrobe would be by her! I thought I would feature some stuff from Betsey’s line:

Battenburg Strapless Babydoll Dress

I want to reach through my computer screen and grab this dress.  It is by far the cutest dress I have ever seen.  I love the black lacy detail and the pink bow is such a nice touch.  I’m in love.

Wild Leopard Cardigan

This cardigan is three of my utmost loves in one package: (Mini sweaters + Leopard Print + Pink = ).  I love the jeweled buttons too.

I had to include a handbag seeing how bag crazy I am. :D  This bag is way over the top just like her, and maybe not so practical, but who said it was about practicality?

Do you like the Betsey Johnson line?  Have any other lines to recommend?

Unfortunately, the windows in my house are somewhat neglected. Mismatched, dated curtains that are just plain ugly.. Oh well, one day I’ll give them their due attention. I wouldn’t be able to stomach paying a fortune, though.

Anyway, about custom window treatments, who knew they were online stores devoted to selling them? Prioritywindows.com does, along with custom valances and features 471 fabrics and 166 trims to choose from. They’re also having a sale right now, with everything 10% to 20% off! I think I would go with a neutral drape like this. I’m more on the “less is more” side of things I think! But I also really like ones like this.

Ah, decisions! Let’s just say I wouldn’t wish my current curtains on anyone.
